New LS and DS Battles?

So, unless I'm going insane (which is entirely possible), I could have sworn that in one of the developer posts this year I saw reference to a new tier of LS and DS battles that was on the way.

(This in turn was one of the factors that REALLY made me think a Level Cap increase was on the way too).

DID I dream this? I can't find the post now anywhere.

Hope the rumour is true I'd love some more content like that. Make the battles interesting like tier 9 and it's fun when you first trying to beat it
