Am I right in thinking zeta vader is WAI when his debuffs expire and don't return? Like, thats kinda half of the zeta gone...

yes, you are right. When reapplying dots it goes through tenacity check and fails because of the insane tenacity the bosses get.

As long as your Zader is still alive, then it isn't WAI.

Same as “cant be revived”’revives, and a long list of etc. They shouldnt use absolutes in the descriptions lol
