Get rid of Guild Donations, add Guild Trading

the donations tab is somewhat useful, but it would be really nice to be able to open a trade window with a guildie and trade anything from mods, equipment, currency, or even crystals.

that would be great, or maybe at least have a donation reset using crystals.

that would open the game up to alot of alt acount abuse, that's not something we should want.
