Revisit giving Fulcrum Ahsoka a Phoenix tag

I did some searching and I see that there were some calls for this in the past, but nothing recent, so I’d like to revisit. It makes sense from a story perspective, as she definitely served with Phoenix on a number of missions, and her role as Fulcrum seemed to be to support and provide intel specifically to them.

Recent changes have put a pretty strong damper on Phoenix, I think this would be an easy and reasonable way to breath a little life back into them. If it means nerfing her unique a bit to avoid totally breaking Phoenix, I wouldn’t mind that.

Full disclosure: I have Phoenix starred but not geared, I do not have Fulcrum, so this is not just looking to boost something I already favor.
