EA has huge problems atm

Currently EA has a huge problem with their log-in servers. They have noted it in their bug issues forum, but there is no way to respond to their claim it has affected very few players. My guild has 80 percent of players unable to log in. I have seen on their EA forum that others have reported the same. I hate logging into the EA because it always has issues with my email password. EA needs a way for people to respond to these issues in this forum, not just their EA forum. BTW, I reported the issue through game because I never logged out today and talked to a tech who said, yes they are aware of the issue and several have reported it, but no ETA when it will be fixed.
