-Speed 34 / 38
-Health 7.17 / 8.23
-Protection 28.2 / 32.9
-Defense 14.1 / 16.45
-offence 7.056 / 8.232
- Potency 28.8 / 33.6
- Tenacity 28.8 / 33.6

Secondary speed

Up to 30 for mods at 6 stars and 35 for mods at 7 stars

I think upgradeable mods similar to starring is a great idea and solution.
