Can’t access GOH

I can’t access GOH. When I try to load it up it gets to the main loading page with light and dark characters. It says ‘Checking for updates’ and after a few minutes it says ‘bad connection try again’ I have a good internet connection and I have restarted my router and restarted my device. What do I do?
