Can i change name if i contact support?

Since i have a underaged account i cannot change name in-game or acess guild chat. This is ofcourse a big problem becouse every guild i join wants me to change name from Mol Eliza and be active in guild chat.(They said on discord). I wonder if someone has a solution for this, can the support change my name? I have contacted them but they havent done anything.
