TW League?

How would everyone feel about a TW League. You could group 5 different guilds together with similar GP (lets call it a division). There are 4 TW wars a month so you would play every team once and after the month is up, First place moves to a upper division and last place moves down a division. The other two teams stay where they are. This is used in other games and seems to work and ensures match ups are very similar in GP. Also this gives everyone a better idea of where their guild sits among other guilds.

The problem is of course that a month is too long in a mobile game. A guild could split merge or fall apart and there's no way to correct things at all.
