Sion Bug with Plague

I have a picture of the bug but won’t post here for some reason. I have all the Omegas and his Zeta on him. Sion got plagued in a battle and I made my team use weak attacks so I can pull off Hatred. When I do so I do not receive the 100% healing and clear Plague like I should. Can someone please take a look at it?
