CLS bug in Sith Raid

For some reason when I had CLS in P1 of the sith raid, I had him use unbreakable will before Nihilus used his annihilate. After annihilate I went to use "Call to Action" to try to recover some health and protection, then be able to use "Use the Force" to avoid getting defense down on CLS. When attempting to use "Call to action" however, I did recover health and protection, but I did not get my TM. I had no debuffs at the time so there must be a bug in this. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've heard his call to action is bugged. Not just in the raid.

Unbreakable will does not allow TM gain, you don't lose it until the end of his next turn, so you have to let a turn go by before you use CTA if you want TM gain.
