Does Treya ( who cant be targeted) still take aoe damage in p4 when Sion and Nihilus is active ? Or is she invulnerable ? I never get to play p4 until Nihilus and Sion are dead

no, she doesn't take any damage until they are both dead. So an AoE before that doesn't hit her

she will still attack when they are alive she just cant be hurt
