Vet single/bundle packs not appearing

Is the reason it's not appearing that I possibly brought it last time round? Or should I be submitting a support ticket.

Check ur email, usually there is receipt/purchase order if u buy something. If there is not, yea u should submit ticket

I know I didn't buy it this time round but when the vets first came I out think I did. So does that mean I'm out of luck?
