Phasma Has Self Healing

I just played Galactic Conquest against Captain Phasma. She had self healing. It was a percentage of the damage she inflicted. I was not aware this was one of her abilities. The errors in GC are too numerous to count.

Its health steal. Its a feature that was meant to always work but was recently fixed. Most characters have this ability. It comes from gear

Most of these "errors" are just people who don't know how the game works. Lifesteal has been here for a while. Not an error...

Where is life stealing mentioned? I reviewed her stats and abilities and it says nothing about life stealing. Is a one time thing that if I don't notice it when I equip the gear, I miss it.
