Availability of bundle packs (need dev response)

Can I please get a dev to confirm to me that if I have not purchased the bundle pack with 50 shards for both vet Han and Chewie that it should be appearing in my store right now? I'm trying to talk to EA help but they are insisting the premotions are random so they do not need to appear for me.
