suggestion: Nihilus should ALWAYS prioritize annihilate.

We should not be subject to RNG as to "will he or won't he." it leads to wasted buffs and killed characters. probably not the first to suggest this but the more its suggested the better

I also hate how when fighting Treya Soothe comes up when I need Isolate, and Isolate comes up when I need soothe and as a result I just watch my teams die cause it never gives me the ability I need.

I've had the issue with Treya that was mentioned.

With regards to Nihilus, he always uses it on me when the CD countdown is over.

The only time that he has killed me with it is when I'm not paying attention. Otherwise I only ever die to him when he becomes Enraged.
