Potential cheaters

Hi, a guildmate of mine was warned by some people in his arena shard about the guild we are racing tonight in territory wars. That they use mod apk to influence results etc. How do I go about to report that if they spank us silly ?

Include guild, players involved, battles times etc and report it through the in game report function and also post to.
