CLS unlock

Hi all, at how many stars CLS unlocks? Do you need to complete all 7 tiers or it unlocks at some point on 3-4 stars and you top him up??

No all legendary are 7* only you need to complete everything to get him.

Wrong. Legendaries unlock at 5*. Heroes journey characters unlock at 7
