I wouldn't bother with that pack, aside from Deathtrooper and maybe Veers the characters on it are easy farms

Unless it's going to unlock r2 this round for him, I would agree. That said the cash packs are "the best deal" you know exactly what you are getting, if it gets him to a place he wants to be the are pretty good.

Did he purchase it before?

I don't think there is a level restriction on packs like that.

If you are talking about a pack to power up R2 then the reason you can't see it is because it doesn't exist
