Missing Rewards From Daring Droid Mythic Event

Sorry I don’t know where to properly put this post.
When I completed Daring Droid Tier 2 and Tier 3 I was shown “Rewards” and both times it contained 2 tier A mods. When I went to upgrade the mods. Both times I had only one mod in my inventory. No proof, I would have to spend crystals to refresh.
