Member "left guild" - game glitch = can't contribute to TB?
My guild just had a new member join the guild this morning (before the TB started). 20 minutes after the TB started, we got a message that he "left the guild." He says he didn't leave the guild, he wasn't even online at the time, and assumes we kicked him.
If he rejoins the guild, is there a way to submit a ticket and have him be able to contribute? It seems unfair to hurt him and our entire guild because of a game glitch.
