Can I do thrawn?

Can I get a confirmation on whether I can do thrawn and what I need to do to get him if I can’t.

You'll unlock him for sure but you won't get 7* (which is no huge deal, thrawn's great even at 5*).

For 7*, everything I've read suggests that you need minimum G8 on all toons, all abilities at level 7 with at least uniques omega, and good mods with good speed secondaries (though nobody ever gives me numbers for the speeds needed!)

If I were you I'd focus on gearing ezra to at least 8 (9 if you can) and farming mods until you have some decent speeds.

You can unlock him but not ha e him at 7* with this situations.
Your Phoenix toons must be all lev. 85 and full of omegas (I can't see if they actually are or not), Ezra at least gear 9...
And of course you need great mods with very much speed

Okay so I won’t overly invest in getting Phoenix up for the event and focus on getting other stuff to 7* + gearing like the next cls/jtr events

Do you really have to be lvl 85 to 7*? What's the lowest people had luck with if geared and modded well?

Yeah I'll hit level 82 later today or tomorrow and I'm really hoping I'll be able to 7*. Guess we'll find out in a couple of weeks!
