TB rewards disappeared

I’m hoping the devs can see and address this.

We moved some players out of a guild AFTER the recent LS TB was done and payouts were presumably received.

Since it was 1am in the other players’ timezone and we were chasing the TW registration timer, they were removed from the guild with the assumption that the rewards have been paid out and were safe, knowing it has a 7 day timer to claim.

They complained of not receiving rewards even after their new guild accepted them. I wrote a ticket to EA Help, and providing a list of the players, along with all their ally codes but was advised that they can’t do anything from their end and offered 200 crystals to me instead.

I was told to advise the players to each create individual tickets themselves before EA Help would do anything, etc.

I writing this here in the hopes that:
1.) someone reopens at the ticket 40227430 that I raised and gives the players their hard earned TB rewards for 37 stars
2.) the devs ensure that this “bug” gets looked into and fixed

That person will need to open a ticket, reopening your ticket does nothing. You were not the person with the issue.

Please direct them to do so, so this can get the attention it deserves
