Contracts Mechanic from Jabba?

I'm spit-balling here, but in order for a "Contracts" mechanic to work, wouldn't you need the protagonist? Does this mean there might be a gangster coming into the game? That would just make sense to have him be the one making the contracts (similar to deathmark).

Anyone else thinking the same thing?

I doubt it will be anything that cool. I figure it's more of a synergy type buff. Which will of course be easily dispellable and totally useless.

He is the current overload of the fleet menu, too. However, Master Plo sits in front of the challenges, so there is still a chance Jabba could make an appearance in the battles.
