Is this an abuse of the raid system?

For example:

Say guild 1 has the sith raid on farm. Say....30 people finish it due to having great rosters.

Say they make a guild with their alts that generate tickets, and then can post raids there.

Then they cycle the core of 30 people between guilds to run the Sith every other day or so.

Is this how it was intended to work?

Many layers of it safe guards exist to limit this to where the dev team accepts that if a guild wants to do this they can but only to a limited extent.

I believe the numbers work out to about 2 extra raids a month, and that's about it.

you get locked out of raid rewards if you do more than an x amount of raids within a y amount of days.

I think you can get in, but get a warning you will not get rewards. So you can do it but then dont get the rewards.
