If you really want to make this game for all, instead of just for pay to play, you would make a guild event where all 50 members need to play, but instead of every member needs all factions to play, each member needs only one faction to play, but as a guild, all factions are necessary to win. So the event will require squads from each faction to win, and each battle will require elite gear 12 characters, but only a percentage of the guild has to beat each battle type. Instead of events where we need 50 JT rey squads to get raid shards, or events where everyone needs 5 factions from LS or we need several whales to buy a 7* character to complete the mission, guilds can have 5 guys work on elite bounty hunters, 5 guys work on elite first order, 5 guys work on elite resistance, etc. and then if all members beat their assigned battle, the whole guild gets the SAME prize.

It's an interesting idea, but isn't that more of a win for older players and p2p, as not everyone in a f2p guild will have every faction and you would need to find or ask someone to farm some of the more odd ones that many dont have built up.

You can even do well in heroic sith raid as f2p.
About your idea, its bad, very bad. One faction per member would be just unfair, who would decide what person have to get what faction ? Some faction have easier to farm characters than others, some factions are better than others and this would make finding a guild even harder.
