Let The Hate Flow

I'd never seen this before. I've tried this is Sith raid and arena to confirm it wasn't in one place. I'm running DN lead and used EP's Let the Hate Flow. Everyone gained the Health Steal Up buff, but EP didn't gain any health at all. Has anyone else seen this? Is this a bug?

Ah. So basically the 5% health drain that EP inflicts isn't considered "damage" so DN's lead preventing healing is shunting that? Kitten.
