Technical Support is non-existent...

I’ve been communicating with EAs support center through calls to India, chat, and emails. Every time they ignore any of the information I provide.

Finally escalate to a “floor supervisor” in India who says he can’t connect me to Dev Support.

I’ve spent ridiculous amounts of money on this game. I’m done. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get help, and nothing.

CG, it’s in your hands. I’m happy to tell you where your support team is failing, but I need a line of communication or I’m done spending and playing. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers.
