admiral thrawn BUG

Hi , the support team told me to create a topic here to help me , weird So I´dont have admiral thrawn as picture one depicts , when I enter to the event section , picture two , the event is not open to me yet , one day and counting, but in the rewards , as picture 3 shows, there is not thrawn shards to receive if I beat the event, also in my same guild/shard my mates could enter now to the event So when the event Artist of war stars I could receive the shard of is a bug , also I don´t want to loose the chance

Ignore the event you can see, that's not the event you get shards from anyway. That's just for earning mods after completing the legendary event.

I seen your post in the bugs area. Guessing you've uninstalled and reinstalled? If you haven't make sure you have your game linked to Google play/ apple game centre and do so.

Also this is the forums. I think by contact support they meant using the in-game method, under the settings menu.

I'm not completely understanding here so to clarify, you have not unlocked thrawn and the regular event is not showing up for you just the mythic tier?

Ignore what I said about support, I've reread your post with my glasses on. I would stick with the bug report. Maybe try and tag EA_HighCommand in your post there.

Yeah if you look at the picture, he hasn't got Thrawn, the legendary event is missing, but the Mythic is there. Bit nuts.
