Flawless Victory TW Achievement Reset?

Does anyone know if this is a one time achievement that's supposed to reset or once you got it you got it? Does it reset if you change guild names or move to a different guild?

Not saying I won't take it again, HOWEVER, I also don't want to receive a glitch / exploit / etc. etc. suspension / ban either.

Looks like a bug, would you mind reporting it over in Answers HQ?
Not bringing down the ban hammer today but thanks for being conscious of it being a potential exploit.
