How fast does FOX-Damage stack?

The Discussion Title says it all. Is it even noticable in lets say PvP-Match?

He's plenty viable in arena. A guy runs it in our Feb 2017 shards and he's top 50. He won't stay in it forever though because night sisters have left.

His damage can stack real quick if using the right team and everything. Especially in HAAT
PVP is a bit tougher because you can’t go as long but you can absolutely boost him up quickly

His dmg stacking is more noticeable in raid than arena as he can stack up faster by not killing anyone (works best as u can skip the minion just axe the raid boss)
