Zann Consortium
They aren't canon by any stretch at this point, but they'd make a cool team/faction in this game.
Some Phoenix like synergy, building off Tyber Zann leading Urai Fen, Silri, Cuddles, and a Defiler.
It would dovetail nicely with an "against the underworld" themed Territory battle focusing on usage of scoundrels, bounty hunters, and troopers on both sides... And CUP of course, gotta make CUP really important.
