Hi guys, does anyone have any idea if Grand Moff Tarkin's zeta leader stacks expose?

Yes, I would think it could,but there is only one way to get the second stack, which would be to drop them below 100%, have them heal and then palp "let the hate flow" because this may not count as an attack and therefore wouldn't trigger the first round of expose allowing for a second stack.

There is no other way during an empire turn to lower health below 100% without an attack that would definitely trigger the "first stack" of expose.
