Hey I'm lvl 61 and the daily challenge completion is being restricted because the fleet capital ship shards challenge doesent recet once you complete per lvl so I'm looking about 30 crystals a day

You can only complete each tier of the capital ship shard challenges once. You unlock further tiers as you level up. Why are you losing crystals?
