BH Rework: Impact on Heroic Sith Raid?

So now that some of the whale guilds have had 12 hrs with the reworked BHs, any get a chance to try them out in HSR yet? I'm especially wondering if they're viable as is, with the 5th member being either Zam or a non BH (maybe zBarriss or another healer?), as I won't have Bossk for another 3+ months, and am curious about the impact they could have for an aspiring HSR majority ftp guild.
