Roll over perks from phase to phase, if you beat the phase

If you beat any of the phases, any bonuses your toons have, should roll over to the next phase. If I beat sion, I should get to take the cycle of suffering into my fight with traya (same with nihilus)

That's fine. But think about it, why would you lose your buffs when you move to the next room?

Cycle of pain/suffering is designed to be advantage & disadvantage combined. If your toons are gonna have undispellable offense buff but traya have no counter to that, that's no pain/suffering, that's cycle of morale LOL.
