Do you still get TB rewards if the guild is getting disbanded?

So today after 19:30 (after the TB rewards) our guild is migrating and fusioning with another in our community,there's a player that asked me if its ok because he wants the rewards but he will be at work till 00:00



One player vaguely said that if the guild is getting disbanded you should still get the rewards after you left it .
