Thrawn Leadership

So I've been playing around with Thrawn as lead in arena,and... while his lead is pretty good against the ep and ns teams,I feel like it needs a little something.
Suggestions:
1.Improve his AI (seriously,you don't cleanse over 1 DOT. )
2.For the leadership zeta, add a 50%chance to gain 10%TM when an enemy gains a buff OR
3. Remove his protection recovery and replace with 100%chance to gain 10%TM when an enemy gains a buff.
I'm still new to this type of game and it's mechanics so to many the above changes might not be balanced. Just wondering if it sounds good.
