Card Pack Question - IPD packs

I have a friend who has the 10 dollar IPD pack available to him yet I don't see it nor the 1299 crystal pack available to me. I know that we both have the Col Starck packs available. I'm assuming there's some reason I wouldn't see it but I can't seem to find out?

I think when IPD came out the 10 dollar one was available. If you purchased it already it’s gone. One time purchase. Your friend probably doesn’t have the crystal one though.

This. $$ packs are one time offers. And dont always come back, but some do for newer players.

Ah ok. Was all caught up in the moment when our guild finished ipd battle with me being at 79/80. The profanity was tangible.
