Sith raid mid level issues

We usually play tier 5 and 6 raids.

We use jtr, imp troops, ns, chex mix, various mix teams coordinated in each phase.

We sit at 72 million gp.

Like the raid idea but way too long to complete as most folks get board with how long it takes and how much rng is required to complete the raid. We loose our top players now to higher end guilds who dont want to wait for the heroic builds mostly because traya is showing up in our arenas now. Honestly, this raid has unintentionally punished mid level guilds and made them virtually training guilds for people to get their gp ready only to leave for high end guilds. Its very demoralizing to see your guildmates sell out after so much work and only keeps the heroic goal out of reach. Tw and tb at least brings us together, but this raid is not balanced well enough in rewards for all guild levels. Ive lost 8 players since its release. We are an old guild of close nit players. The raid is honestly a chore and no fun when it only promotes high end guilds. A guild shouldnt have to have requirements in order to be in it to get rewards. People join mid guilds till they meet the requirements only to dip after using them to get toons built. Its an unintentional broken system that frustrates long time daily players at the mid level.

    Agreed 100%. Have a tremendous amount of patience and hope most of my Guild mates don't just bail. We're only around 15-20 million and it's been since it launched that we're on our first attempt. Really don't want to switch guilds as I already have once before.

    If it was going to be this much of a grind then have it that your Guild must be minimum "X" GP to launch the STR.

    @Straxwill

    2 things

    If tier 5 and 6 take too long you should probably be doing tier 4

    Be honest how many of your people do 5 runs a day on the sith raid. How many people do their 5 runs and how many just throw one team and auto and say they did you a favour by participating.

    Theres is no guild in the game able to be efficient and generate useful rewards without everyone making an effort. My last two guilds there were guys with jtr who would do 1 run for 3 million damage on phase 1 and not play the rest of the raid.

    Its not really any different that people moving guilds for kenobi when haat came out. Its just the way world works. People with ambitions want those ambitions fulfilled.

    Personally im a lot more likely to move because the guy who can do 10% of a phase every day with a single team just ran one team on one day and said meh for the rest of the raid.
