Sith Raid—Darth Nihilus

Alright I guess this kinda qualifies as more clarifying but nonetheless—Fracture/Buff immunity. Doesn’t that prevent protection up? Doesn’t nihilus’s protection count as protection up? Why doesn’t Fracture or buff immunity block his protection until they expire? I’ve fractured nihilus and it doesn’t keep him from gaining protection. I guess my question is 1) whether or not nihilus’s protection counts as protection up and 2) if it’s a bug that fracture/buff immunity doesn’t block him from getting protection.

Raid bosses are immune to these effects in sith raid. Same as sion and traya.
  • "Can't gain buffs" is the exact wording, and that is not healing immunity. I'll reread the Nihilus description, but I believe he is recovering the protection, which is prevented by healing immunity, not buff immunity.

I am not sure if i am understanding you correctly, but if I am, No protection(the blue bar under his health) is not the same as protection up (the buff). he can gain protection while fractured.

Ah makes sense. Ok, that clears it up.
