Titles - Are They Working?

Good Evening, I was messing around with the titles and selected the General title. When I go to post in chat, the title does not appear nor does it seemingly appear in any other aspect of the game. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I am an officer in a guild, not sure if that bit of information helps or not.

Have you tried it in the Guild Chat?
According to the update notes:
"Displaying Titles: Players can choose to display one of their earned titles in a Friends (non-guild) chat room."

We have another channel, and my title is displayed there.
