No SIM on quests?

I can appreciate that a lot of the game is played on SIM and that doesn't lead to the most fun experience in the world, but it would be nice if the Jedi I kill whilst farming gear counted towards my quest. Right now I'm micromanaging my farming, checking if there are jedi or clones on one of the nodes for the item and then auto'ing the node.

Otherwise I have to pick a favourable node and just auto it over and over to achieve the quest, essentially wasting the energy that could have been devoted to farming, the main activity in the game.

Yes, WAI.

But you have to auto instead of simming. I fail to see what the node itself has to do with it.

And you can just ignore the quests if you like.

Ok fair enough. But you can ignore it, there's very little reward attached. And I believe this content is mostly aimed at newer players.

Most yes, but they have the prestigious for level 85, as much of a time sink the game already is, I'll be ignoring them too as I'm not going to auto dozens of battles lol
