Quick Question

Quick question here, I started playing this game when I was under 13 so naturally, I put my age as under 13. But, now I'm over 13, and I'm wondering if there is any possible way that I can change my age and still have my game data, so that I can use the chat function with my guild and communicate with them better, maybe through a factory reset to trigger the FTUE again? Any suggestions?

As of right now, I don't believe you can change the age. Best bet would be to send an email to or call EA help

I've heard that factory reset to trigger FTUE again works. Unfortunately I don't think there's anything CG can do on their end so it's up to you
