Empire training

There are no rewards for the empire training.
Is it supposed to be like this or is this a bug?
I mean we got rewards for each tier in the rebels training.
That's why I'm a little confused.

Rewards are on the Second round
The ones where you can Play 1 tier per Reset
Same as with Rebel training
