Kylo Command Shuttle- bugged or fixed?

Before ships 2.0, kylo command shuttle's ability strike team granted TM gain to the capital ship as well. After ships 2.0, it no longer grants TM to the capital ship, however the description still reads "all allies".

Is this a bug, a fix, or to prevent the ship from being too overpowered?

tbh i dont remember it giving TM to the capital ship.

It was not stated to do so, so if it was it was a big and was fixed now.
