The TW messages is broken

As an officer, this is the SECOND TW (both since the update) where I have had issues getting a message to stick. I type and save them over and over, and some territories literally do not save the message. Very irritating. I don't get the problem. If I set focus, it works. If I click a preset message, it works. But when I am typing instructions for def squads, why won't it save them?!? I close game, try again. Still messed up. Try a few hours later and it works. Also, the banners is hit or miss for some of us. Sometimes it doesn't show any arrows to view off and def ranks. TW has some bugs since the update, please fix them soon. I use an Android and I never had these issues in the past.

We've never been able to get territory messages to stick and end up always reapplying them.
