What is the absolute best zeta to get 1st on anyone? I just gathered enough mats today to use my 1st zeta but I have no idea what the tier list is, so I would love some help

All i am going to say is for you to gear up your best heroes( raid Han Solo, thrawn, nihilus, (he is still amazing), and your empire or nightsisters) and then maybe on an empire or rebel character, like raid Han, Vader or EP.

Gear up Thrawn, Nihilus, and Shore, and put a zeta on EP. I'd be surprised if that didn't land you in the 200s.
