No TW for some members

Some members in my guild are reporting that they don't see a TW event, this also happened to our leader last TW event....

If they didnt join it goes away when it switches to the attack phase

Ok so if you don't join a TW event the next one you won't see? If so how do you get the event back?

They cant. Everyone is given 24 hours to join if you dont join in that period, you are out of luck for this round of TW.

Yeah, at least two people in my guild didn’t see the event during the join period, as in it never showed up for us to join in the first place. According to someone else in the guild, this has been happening to other guilds too. Pretty sure OP wasn’t talking about what you think he’s talking about, @Kyno but your response is nonetheless appreciated

Any issues like that should be reported to Answers HQ.

A force close and reopen should produce the event if it's not showing during the join period.

@Kyno I always force close my app when I’m done playing, but I’ll take it to Answers HQ is the problem repeats itself. Thank you for your response
