Unbreakable will expiring

Is the a mechanism possible that would allow unbreakable will to expire without the toon that has it having a turn? In p4 of our heroic raid this morning it expired on my daka but sion took a turn and killed her without her getting the opportunity to do anything.

My guild think I am crazy but I swear it happened. Any thoughts?
